About the post
Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal invites applications for the position of Assistant Director - Electrical, to be based at the MAHE Manipal campus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) systems across educational institutions, hospitals and other facilities.
- Ensure all MEP systems comply with applicable local regulations, codes and safety standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies for the reliability, efficiency and longevity of MEP infrastructure.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of HVAC, fire protection and building automation technologies.
- Lead and guide maintenance personnel and coordinate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks and maintain detailed documentation.
Mode of engagement
Full-time, based at the MAHE Manipal campus. Pay will be as per MAHE norms.
