Tenure
The appointment is purely temporary on contract basis for the period up to 31.03.2027, which may be extended for a further period based on the performance of the selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as mentor for units set up under PMEGP; provide handholding support to new and old entrepreneurs.
- Guide prospective entrepreneurs to establish viable projects; explain PMEGP Scheme benefits and procedure; guidance on modern technology, processes and management practices.
- Develop/implement marketing programmes (email, social media, digital, events); market research and analysis; preparation of marketing materials and content; coordination with external agencies/vendors.
- Help in preparation of detailed project reports and other documents to reduce rejection from financing banks; regular monitoring of progress.
