- Block Manager - Non-Farm Livelihood: post-graduate with 3+ years relevant experience
- District Manager - Farm Livelihood: M.Sc (Agri) + 2 years, B.Sc (Agri) + 4 years, M.Sc/Environmental Science + 7 years, or any Master's + 7 years
- Reading, writing (including typing) and speaking skills in Kannada and English; working knowledge of computers
