The District Project Livelihood College Society, Kondagaon, operating under the Department of Skill Development and Technical Education, Government of Chhattisgarh, has issued a notification for the recruitment of 3 contractual positions through walk-in interviews. The positions available are Mobilizer cum Soft Skill Trainer, Operator, and Data Entry Operator (DEO) at the Livelihood College, Kondagaon. This recruitment aims to strengthen the skill development infrastructure in the Kondagaon district of Chhattisgarh. The Livelihood College Kondagaon provides vocational training, entrepreneurship development programs, and skill certification to rural youth under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) and other government skill development schemes. Interested and eligible candidates who are domiciled in Chhattisgarh are invited to appear for walk-in interviews as per the schedule mentioned below.

Note: Candidates must be domicile of Chhattisgarh state. Age should be between 21 to 45 years as on the date of walk-in interview. Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of Chhattisgarh rules for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS).

How to Apply

This is a walk-in recruitment process. Candidates do not need to submit any written application in advance. Follow these steps:

1. Step 1: Visit the official website of Kondagaon District at https://kondagaon.gov.in and check the latest notifications section for the detailed advertisement and walk-in interview schedule.
2. Step 2: Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria for the desired post before appearing for the walk-in interview.
3. Step 3: On the day of the walk-in interview, report to the Livelihood College, Kondagaon between 10:00 AM and 12:00 Noon with the following documents:
   • Updated Resume / Bio-data (2 copies)
   • All original certificates and mark sheets (10th, 12th, Graduation as applicable)
   • Experience certificates (for Mobilizer post)
   • Computer proficiency certificates
   • Domicile / Residence Certificate of Chhattisgarh
   • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
   • Aadhaar Card / Valid Photo ID
   • Two recent passport-size photographs
4. Step 4: Candidates will be shortlisted based on academic qualifications, experience, and performance in the interview.
5. Step 5: Carry a photocopy set of all documents along with originals for submission if shortlisted.

Note: In case of a tie in final merit, the candidate with higher age will be given preference. Candidates must bring all original documents for verification during the walk-in interview.

Terms and Conditions

• All appointments are purely contractual and temporary for the current financial year. No claim for regularization will be entertained.
• The contract period will be initially for 11 months, renewable based on performance and institutional requirement.
• Candidates must be domicile of Chhattisgarh and produce a valid domicile certificate.
• In case of mobilizer, if daily attendance falls below 20 days in a month, pay will be proportionately reduced.
• Any misrepresentation of facts or submission of fake documents will lead to immediate termination and legal action.
• The Livelihood College Society reserves the right to modify or cancel the recruitment at any stage without prior notice.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the walk-in interview.
• The decision of the selection committee will be final and binding.
• Candidates selected must join within 7 days of the offer letter. Failure to join will be treated as refusal of the offer.
