Role Overview

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

Teaching & Academic Responsibilities

• Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses.
• Demonstrating a strong commitment to high-quality education.
• Engaging actively with students through modern instructional methods.

Research Responsibilities

• Advising and mentoring M.S. and Ph.D. students.
• Supervising theses and dissertations.
• Establishing and leading an independent, rigorous research program.
• Securing extramural research funding from KFUPM and national agencies.
• Publishing in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals.

Qualifications

Applicants must have:

• A Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• A strong research record with potential for high-impact publications.
• A demonstrated commitment to teaching and student mentoring at undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Interdisciplinary or industrial research experience (preferred).
