KGMU Telemedicine Unit — 7 Contractual Positions Recruitment 2026

King George's Medical University (KGMU), Lucknow invites applications for seven (07) contractual positions in the Telemedicine Unit. These positions are for the project entitled "Building capacity of local institutes for driving quality of care on eSanjeevani" under the Gates Foundation, supervised by Dr. Sheetal Verma, Nodal In-Charge, Telemedicine Unit & Additional Professor, Department of Microbiology, KGMU, Lucknow.

Vacancy Details

Essential Qualifications (Post-wise)

1. Team Leader — Telemedicine

• Master's degree in Public Health, Hospital Administration, Hospital Management, Health Administration, Health Management, Digital Health, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Social Sciences, Anthropology, or another discipline relevant to public health, healthcare management or digital-health programme implementation, from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years relevant post-qualification experience in programme management, public health, digital health, telemedicine, health-system strengthening or implementation of large-scale healthcare programmes.

2. Consultant Quality Assurance — Telemedicine

• Relevant master's degree in public health / hospital management, social sciences, or anthropology, or computer sciences.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in quality assurance, program monitoring, digital health, telemedicine, public health programmes, or health systems strengthening.

3. Consultant Capacity Building — Telemedicine

• Relevant master's degree in public health / hospital management, social sciences, or anthropology, or computer sciences.
• Minimum 2 years experience in designing and delivering capacity-building programs, preferably in digital healthcare.

4. Consultant Monitoring, Evaluation & Research — Telemedicine

• Relevant master's degree in public health, Health Administration, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in monitoring, evaluation, and research, preferably in healthcare or telemedicine settings.

5. Data Analyst — Telemedicine

• Relevant Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Data analysis or Monitoring and Evaluation in health domain.

6. Data Coordinator — Telemedicine

• Relevant Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in data management, MIS, programme reporting, or health information systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and database management.

7. Account Officer — Telemedicine

• M.Com with specialisation in Accounting or Finance, MBA–Finance, CA, CMA, or a master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Financial Management from a recognised university.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in accounting, financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and other accounting/financial management software.
