• At least 2 years' relevant experience in corporate secretarial functions, compliance, Board support, and statutory filings.
• Sound knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other corporate laws.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and organisation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable working with corporate governance software.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
