- Tutor (Bharatanatyam): Class X + Diploma/Post Diploma in Bharatanatyam; able to give a two-hour solo performance, sing and do nattuvangam, and handle theory classes in English
- Tutor (Music): Class X + Diploma or Degree in Carnatic Music; able to accompany dance performances and read/write music notations
- Librarian (BASS): MA + Bachelor of Library Science + five years library experience in a Central/State Government institution
- Library Attendant (BASS): Class X pass + three years experience of working in a library
- Semi-Skilled Worker (CERC): Class X pass + experience in block printing with vegetable dyes, boiling, dyeing and tailoring
- Age relaxation of five years for SC candidates for the Semi-Skilled Worker post
