- Essential qualifications: Class X passed; Diploma or Post-Diploma from a recognised institution in Bharatanatyam; able to give a solo performance of about 2 hours; able to sing and conduct dance programmes by doing nattuvangam; able to take part in Kalakshetra productions; able to handle all junior and senior level classes and theory in English; minimum 8 years' experience in the field.
