All posts are in Assistant Grade-3 cadre. Vacancies are subject to variation. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC applicable only to Chhattisgarh local residents; others (incl. MP) considered under unreserved. Women reservation only for CG local resident women. 7% reservation for Divyangjan.
Educational Qualification (for all three posts)
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- One year computer diploma from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of Hindi and English typing on computer.
- Knowledge of Chhattisgarhi (local dialect) expected.
Age Limit (as on 04.01.2026)
Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years. For Chhattisgarh local/mool resident candidates, upper age limit is 35 years. Applicants from other states: maximum 30 years.

Selection Process
Phase 1 – Written Test (50 MCQs, 100 marks, 1 hour)
- 50 multiple choice questions (2 marks each) covering General Knowledge, Computer, Internet, Chhattisgarh, Current Affairs.
- Written test only for shortlisting candidates for the skill test; merit based, 5 times the vacancies called for skill test.
Phase 2 – Skill Test (100 marks)
- Type a Hindi passage of about 250 words on computer (Unicode) within 10 minutes.
- 0.5 mark deducted for each error (including heading, bold, paragraph, settings and typing errors).
- Final merit based on skill test marks; tie resolved by older age, then higher written test marks, then higher graduation marks.

- Submit the fully filled application in the prescribed format (A-4 size) in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the applied post name and candidate category.
- Submit by Speed Post addressed to the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Kabirdham OR deposit in the Drop Box kept at Court Room No. 50.
