JNCASR ARF Scientific Instrumentation Specialist (Mass Spectrometry) 2026

JNCASR invites applications for the temporary position of ARF Scientific Instrumentation Specialist to work as an operator at the Mass Spectrometry facility in Molecular Biology & Genetics Unit and Neuroscience Unit (dated 24.08.2026).

  • Desirable: Minimum 1 year experience handling instruments at a central facility; previous experience handling Mass Spectrometer (Thermo Q Exactive) preferred; experience in mass spec software such as Proteome Discoverer and Compound Discoverer essential.

Job Description

Running samples on the equipment, analysing mass-spec data using Proteome Discoverer and Compound Discoverer; facility management, coordinating with researchers and training users.
