JNCASR ARF Scientific Instrumentation Specialist (Bioimaging – Spinning Disk) 2026
JNCASR invites applications for the temporary position of ARF Scientific Instrumentation Specialist to work as an operator at the Bioimaging facility in Molecular Biology & Genetics Unit and Neuroscience Unit (Advt. No. JNC/AO/Advt.No.23/2026 dated 24.08.2026).

Qualifications
- Essential: BTech/MSc/MTech in Biological Sciences.
- Desirable: Minimum 3 years experience handling instruments at a central facility; previous experience handling Yokogawa spinning disk confocal, high content imaging system (CQ1); proficiency in image processing, building workflows and machine learning for image analysis.
Job Description
Instrument operation, maintenance, image acquisition and analysis; coordination with researchers, training users and facility management.
