Jamia Millia Islamia Teaching Positions Recruitment 2026 - Various Posts (Advt. No. 01/2026-27 (T))

Online applications are invited from Indian Nationals (including Overseas Citizen of India Cardholders) for recruitment on various Teaching Positions at Jamia Millia Islamia (A Central University). The process of receiving application forms through the CU-Chayan portal shall start from 16.09.2026. Last date for receiving the application forms shall be 06.10.2026 and candidates are required to submit the Hard Copy of the online filled applications form in the Recruitment & Promotion Section, 2nd Floor, Registrar's Office, J.M.I. by 16.10.2026. Faculty of Engineering & Technology: Two Professors (Civil Engineering), Two Professors (Mechanical Engineering), Two Professors (Electrical Engineering), One Professor (Electronics & Comm. Engineering), Two Professors (Computer Engineering), One Professor (Environmental Science). Qualifications: Ph.D. degree in relevant field and First class or equivalent at either Bachelor's or Master's level in the relevant branch. AND Minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry out of which at least 03 years shall be at a post equivalent to that of an Associate Professor. AND At least 6 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals / UGC /AICTE approved list of journals and at least 2 successful Ph.D. guided as Supervisor / Co-supervisor. OR At least 10 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals / UGC /AICTE approved list of journals.
