Applications are invited for temporary, full-time positions under the ICSSR-sponsored project “Families in Transition: Ageing, Gendered Care and Digital Mediation in India” in the Department of Sociology, Jamia Millia Islamia
- Research Assistant - 1 post - Rs.37,000 per month - initially eight months - postgraduate in a social science discipline, preferably Sociology, with a minimum of 55% marks; NET/Ph.D. preferred
- Field Investigator - 2 posts - Rs.20,000 per month - initially four months - graduate in Social and Human Sciences, preferably Sociology, with a minimum of 55% marks; preference to candidates from a four-year graduation programme
- Appointments are purely temporary; extension subject to project requirements, satisfactory performance, availability of funds and approvals within the sanctioned project period
