Project Description
The project work involves computer-aided modelling of previously unmodelled proteins, prediction of impact of mutations on protein conformation, flexibility and stability using accelerated molecular dynamic simulations, Time-lagged independent component analysis, and in-silico docking, as well as development of a potential small molecule database for comprehensive drug discovery.
