Eligibility
- LL.B. with valid enrolment with the Bar Council of India / concerned State Bar Council.
- Valid certificate of practice, wherever applicable; AIBE qualified, wherever applicable.
- Minimum 05 years of practice as a lawyer, with experience in tenders and procurement matters before the High Court and Civil Court.
- Preference to candidates who have represented Government departments, organisations, institutions or PSUs.
Selection: Academic qualification 40 marks + experience 40 marks + interview 20 marks = 100 marks.
Scope of work: drafting statements of facts, counter affidavits, writ petitions, SLPs, appeals and legal notices; appearance before the Jharkhand High Court, Supreme Court, district courts, tribunals and arbitrators; legal opinions on contractual, service, tender and infrastructure matters; case monitoring and compliance reporting.
