Eligibility
- Only Migrants (SRO 412/2009) or Kashmiri Pandits (SRO 425/2017) eligible.
- J&K Domicile Certificate required.
- Post-specific qualification (Graduation / Matric + ITI / Library Science etc.).
- Age: OM 40 yrs; Reserved 43 yrs; PwBD 42 yrs (as on 01.01.2026).
Application Fee
General Rs. 600; SC/ST-1/ST-2/EWS/PwBD Rs. 500. Online payment only.
Selection
Written/OMR exam (objective, English, negative marking 1/4th per wrong answer).
