Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry - an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India - invites online applications for admission to MSc / MPH / PBD / PGD / PGF Courses and the Medical Physics Internship Program 2026 through a common Computer Based Entrance Examination.

Eligibility Criteria
MSc Allied Health Science: BSc in relevant subject (Biochemistry/Chemistry/Physiology/Biotechnology/Zoology/MLT/Statistics) from a recognized university.
MSc Nursing: BSc Nursing degree, registered with State Nursing Council, minimum 1 year experience after BSc Nursing (on or before 31.07.2026).
MPH: MBBS / BDS / B.E. / B.Tech / BSc Nursing / B.V.Sc / AYUSH / Allied Health or Social Sciences. Two years work experience in public health system desirable. Registration with State Council required for medical/dental/veterinary/nursing/AYUSH graduates.
PBD Nursing: Registered nurse (R.N. and R.M.) with GNM diploma + 1 year experience OR BSc Nursing. Upper age limit 40 years.
PGD Genetic Counseling: MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing, MSc/BTech in Biotechnology or Human Genetics.
PGF Family Planning: MBBS from a recognized university.
Medical Physics: Postgraduate degree in Physics + Post MSc Diploma in Radiological/Medical Physics OR basic science degree with Physics + PG degree in radiological/medical physics.
