Jangaon Mission Shakti DHEW Eligibility Criteria 2026
- Age: 21 to 44 years as on 01.10.2026; relaxable by 5 years for SC, ST and BC candidates and by 10 years for persons with benchmark disabilities.
- Note: Qualifications and experience shall be held on the date of the notification and will not be relaxed.
- Preference: Post-graduates are preferred for the posts of Gender Specialist and Specialist in Financial Literacy.

- District Mission Coordinator (1): Degree (preferably in Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Nutrition, Medicine, Health Management, Social Work or Rural Management); at least 3 years of work with the Government or a non-Government organisation in a related field.
- Gender Specialist (2): Degree in Social Work or another social discipline (post-graduates preferred); at least 3 years of work on gender focused themes.
- Specialist in Financial Literacy (1): Degree in Economics, Banking or a similar discipline (post-graduates preferred); at least 3 years of work on financial literacy or financial inclusion.
- Accounts Assistant (1): Degree or diploma in accounts, or in another discipline with accounts as a subject; at least 3 years of related work.
- Multi Tasking Staff (1): Pass in Class X from a recognised Board. No experience required.

Selection Process
- Written examination with negative marking on Thursday, 15.10.2026 at 10.00 AM (OMR based), followed by an oral test of 25 marks on the same day; result declared the same day.
- Posts at Sl. 1 to 4: 200 objective questions in 90 minutes, in English (Part A - 100 common questions; Part B - 100 post-specific questions).
- Multi Tasking Staff: 100 objective questions in 60 minutes, in English and Telugu.
- 5 extra marks for a post graduate degree in a relevant subject (Gender Specialist and Specialist in Financial Literacy).
- Candidates must bring all original certificates to the venue.
