Application forms along with the instructions can be downloaded from the official website of the District Collector's Office, Jangaon District, from 22.10.2026 to 24.10.2026 till 5.00 PM. The downloaded application shall be filled in by the candidate, duly enclosing the required copies of certificates, and shall be submitted in person or through registered post to O/o DM&HO, 1st Floor, Collectorate, Jangaon District. Applications received after the due date will be summarily rejected, and the District Selection Committee is not responsible for postal delays.

- PH certificate in respect of candidates claiming reservation under the PH quota
- Relevant certificates in respect of candidates claiming the ex-serviceman quota
- Two photographs duly pasted on the application form
