IUCAA Project Coordinator (LIGO-India Extra Mural Research Projects) Recruitment 2026 – Advt. No. 11/2026
The Inter-University Centre for Astronomy & Astrophysics (IUCAA), Pune (An autonomous institution under the University Grants Commission, Govt. of India) invites applications for the temporary post of Project Coordinator for the LIGO-India Extra Mural Research Projects under Advertisement No. 11/2026.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicating with different Principal Investigators (PIs).
- Collecting project relevant documents from PIs, collating and preparing notes and spreadsheets.
- Collecting SE/UCs from individual PIs and preparing consolidated SE/UCs.
- Strong knowledge in project accounting, bank reconciliation, general accounting, reporting and assets management.
- Performing regular banking transactions; preparation of reports, receipts, payments and other accounts related documents.
Note
- Candidates will be required to work in shifts/beyond office hours and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as per the exigencies of the Centre.
- The Institute reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates and not to fill the post.
