Qualification
- Passed (10+2) examination from a recognised board, OR Old Higher Secondary examination passed along with first-year graduation examination from a recognised university.
- Hindi Shorthand certificate examination passed from a recognised board/institution/shorthand & typewriter council with a speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand (skill test will be conducted).
- One-year diploma/certificate in Data Entry Operator/Programming from a recognised institution with a speed of 10,000 key depressions per hour (skill test will be conducted).
- Preference: Candidates who have passed from DGET higher training institutes (ATI/CTI/NVTI/RVTI/ITOT) will be awarded 10 extra marks during selection.
Pay & Terms
Honorarium of Rs. 140/- per actual working hour (maximum five hours per working day), subject to a maximum of Rs. 15,000/- per month, revisable as per government rules. The engagement is for the training session 2026-2027 or until regular/transferred/contract appointments are made by the government, whichever is earlier.

Minimum age: 18 years as on 01-01-2026. The candidate must be a bonafide resident of Chhattisgarh.
