- Scientist-E (Library Science): PhD + 9 years experience OR M.Lib/M.L.I.Sc or equivalent + 15 years relevant experience; upper age 45 years; deputation for one year
- Scientist-B (Computer Science): B.E./MCA or equivalent + 1 year relevant experience; upper age 35 years
- Senior Assistant/Office Assistant-II: Bachelor's degree with at least second class and 5 years experience in purchase & stores/accounts/establishment in a university/government/autonomous body/reputed firm; upper age 30 years (35 for central/state government, autonomous body and university employees)
- Desirable for Senior Assistant: B.Com/M.Com; Tally, PFMS, TDS/GST, audit and financial statements knowledge
- Candidates in government/autonomous/university service must apply through proper channel; hard copy with all testimonials is mandatory
