The final remuneration will be determined by the Selection Committee.
Candidates must possess:
B.Tech. or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Extensive professional experience in the relevant field.
Experience in handling civil engineering works and project execution.
Eligibility is restricted to retired officers who held the position of Executive Engineer or above in Central Government, State Government, public sector undertakings or autonomous bodies.
Candidates must possess:
B.Tech. or B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
Extensive professional experience in the relevant field.
Experience in handling electrical engineering works and project execution.
Eligibility is restricted to retired officers who held the position of Executive Engineer or above in Central Government, State Government, public sector undertakings or autonomous bodies.
The initial appointment will be for six months and may be extended based on performance.
The maximum engagement period will be:
Up to two years; or
Until the consultant reaches 70 years of age,
whichever occurs earlier.
The university may discontinue the engagement at any time without assigning a reason.
IGNOU reserves the right to shortlist candidates for the interview. Merely meeting the prescribed qualifications and experience requirements does not guarantee an interview call.
No travelling or daily allowance will be paid for attending the interview.
