The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) – a premier autonomous institution under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India – invites applications from eligible SC/ST/OBC-NCL candidates for faculty positions on contract basis at the level of Assistant Professor.

📌 Faculty Positions Available

• Position: Assistant Professor (Contractual Basis)
• Pay Level: Level 10 (₹57,700 – ₹98,200)

📚 Essential Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 55% marks in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.
• UGC NET qualification OR a Ph.D. as per UGC regulations (2009/2016).
• Ph.D. from a top-500 ranked foreign university (QS/THE/ARWU) is also acceptable.

📌 Exemptions from NET/SLET/SET are applicable as per UGC regulations for Ph.D. holders with specific research achievements.
