Indian Army TGC-145 Recruitment 2026
The Indian Army has invited online applications from eligible unmarried male Engineering Graduates for the 145th Technical Graduate Course (TGC-145), commencing in July 2027 at the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun, for Permanent Commission in the Indian Army. A total of 30 vacancies are notified across six engineering stream groups.
Applications are online only at www.joinindianarmy.nic.in from 30 September 2026, 1500 hrs to 29 October 2026, 1500 hrs.

Eligibility
- Nationality: Citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from the specified countries with the intention of permanently settling in India.
- Marital status: Only unmarried male candidates.
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech or M.Sc Computer Science in one of the notified engineering streams. Final-year candidates may apply subject to producing degree proof by 01 July 2027.
- Age: 20 to 27 years as on 01 July 2027, i.e. born between 01 July 2000 and 30 June 2007.
Physical Standards
- 2.4 km run in 10 minutes 30 seconds; 40 push-ups; 6 pull-ups; 30 sit-ups; two sets of 30 squats; two sets of 10 lunges; fundamental knowledge of swimming.
Pay and Allowances
- Lieutenant: Level-10, Rs. 56,100-1,77,500.
- Military Service Pay: Rs. 15,500 per month.
- Fixed stipend of Rs. 56,100 per month during training at IMA Dehradun.
- Dearness Allowance, Technical Allowance, Field Area Allowance, Dress Allowance, Transport Allowance and other admissible allowances.
