Indbank Merchant Banking Services Limited (IBMBS Ltd), a subsidiary of Indian Bank, invites applications for 01 post of Merchant Banking Head (Executive Vice President – On Contract). Place of posting: Mumbai / Chennai (Ref: Adv/2026/08).

Vacancy Details

Initial contract period 3 years, extendable based on performance. No category-wise reservation break-up given.

Educational Qualification

• Professional qualification in finance, law or business management — preferably recognized certification (CA, CFA, CS, CMA, LLB, MBA in Finance); postgraduate degree in finance/economics/commerce/management preferred.
• Must be eligible to act as Principal Officer of a SEBI-registered Merchant Banker; no regulatory/disciplinary action history with SEBI/RBI/other regulators.
• Knowledge of SEBI ICDR Regulations, Takeover Code, Buyback Regulations, Listing Obligations.
• Minimum 15 years' experience in corporate finance/investment banking/capital markets; handled public issues, rights issues, buybacks, M&A, advisory; proven IPO execution track record (Main Board, SME, QIB).

Age Limit

Up to 50 years. Cutoff date for age, qualification & experience: 01.07.2026.

Selection Process
