- Returns filed up to AY 2026-27 with gross professional receipts of at least Rs.50 lakh in any two of the last five financial years
- Minimum 10 years of accountancy and auditing experience as on 31/03/2026
- No pending tax evasion/penalty/prosecution proceedings and no professional misconduct under Section 21 of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949
- An affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper, duly notarised, is required for clauses 5, 6 and 7

- Income tax returns filed regularly up to AY 2026-27; gross professional receipts from accountancy and auditing not less than Rs.50 lakh in any two of FY 2021-22 to 2025-26
- Minimum 10 years of accountancy and auditing experience as on 31/03/2026
- Must have conducted tax audit of at least one entity with turnover of Rs.50 crore or more in any two of the last five financial years
- No pending proceedings for income tax evasion, demand, penalty or prosecution against the applicant or its partners
