Instrumentation Limited, a CPSE under Ministry of Heavy Industries and a premier control valve manufacturer in India, invites applications for engagement of experienced manpower in the Worker category on Fixed Term Employment (FTE) at Palakkad, initially for a period of 2 years and further extendable by up to 2 years based on satisfactory performance and requirement of the Company. Ref: ILP/P&A/FTE-03/2026 dated 01.10.2026.

Qualification & Experience
ITI passed in the relevant trade with National Apprenticeship Certificate and a minimum of 10 years of experience in any Control/Butterfly valve manufacturing company (heavy duty lathes and CNC turning centres for Turner; milling, drilling, slotting for Machinist; valve assembly and testing for Fitter; electrical actuator wiring for Electrician; hardfacing and welding for Welder; limit switches and junction boxes for Electronics Mechanic). Quality Control: minimum NDT Level-II certification in RT, UT, MPI and LPT with sufficient practical experience.
Selection & Other Conditions
- Age Limit: Max 42 years as on date of advertisement.
- Mode of Selection: Written test (40 marks) followed by practical test (60 marks) at IL, Palakkad.
- Application Fee: Non-refundable Demand Draft of Rs.500/- for General/EWS/OBC, Rs.250/- for SC/ST, payable at Palakkad in favour of Instrumentation Limited. No fee for PwD. Candidates may write their name and address on the reverse of the DD.
- Only Indian Nationals can apply. FTE placement does not entitle the candidate to any regular/permanent employment. TA reimbursement (III AC train fare, shortest route) on production of proof.
