Overview
The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, IIT Roorkee invites applications for one (01) Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in the ANRF project on parasitic and mechanical stress aware design methodology for novel EDA-compatible buffer-TSV standard cells for 3D ICs (PI: Prof. Anand Bulusu).
