Eligibility
- Grade-I: Ph.D. with first class (or equivalent) at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch, very good academic record throughout, plus minimum 3 years industrial/research/teaching experience (excluding Ph.D. period).
- Grade-II: Ph.D. with first class (or equivalent) at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch, very good academic record throughout.
- Department-wise specializations apply; qualification/experience relaxable for outstanding candidates. Posting at any IIT Roorkee campus.
