Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. in Metallurgy/Materials/Mechanical Engineering with min CPI 6.5 or 60%; OR M.Tech/M.E. in Metallurgy/Materials/Mechanical Engineering with min CPI 6.5 or 60%; OR M.Sc in Physics/Chemistry/Solid State Physics/Ceramics with min CPI 6.5 or 60%.
