Consolidated Compensation: Upto Rs.67000(depending upon qualification & experience)

Tenure: 24 Months or the termination of the project, whichever is earlier.

Qualifications and Relevant Experience:

Research associates may be fixed at a consolidated amount at one of the 3 pay levels given below depending upon the qualification and experience. The Institute/Organization concerned may decide the level in which a particular associate should be placed based on the experience. The Essential Qualification (EQ) for RA is as follows: Ph.D.in Mining Engineering/ Computer Science and Engineering/ Artificial Intelligence/ Data Science/ Information Technology/ Geology/ Applied Geology with at least two research paper as First Author in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal in domain of Mine Planning and Automation, Orebody Intelligence, Ore Geology, Critical Minerals, REEs, Integrated Gold Exploration Targeting System, Automated Underground Mine Design, Integrated Planning to Production System, Hyperspectral Core Scanning towards Quantitative Mineralogy.
