IIT Kharagpur Recruitment 2026 – Trainer & Centre Manager (Contract)

Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur invites online applications from Indian Nationals for contractual posts at the Dr. B.C. Roy Multi-Speciality Medical Research Centre. The centre offers NSDC accredited Paramedical Skill Development Training Programs through CEP. Appointments are purely temporary on contract basis for 12 months, extendable up to 2 years.

Vacancy Details

Essential Qualifications & Experience

1. Trainer

• Qualification: GNM / BSc Nursing
• Experience: Two years of clinical experience and one year of teaching experience
• Desirable: One year of experience in Emergency Department / ICU preferred

2. Centre Manager

• Qualification: Minimum Graduate, Post-graduate preferred
• Experience: Minimum two years of experience in relevant field preferred

Job Responsibilities – Trainer

Teaching and training ensuring high-quality theory and practical training, conducting online internal assessments and regular evaluations of students, organizing workshops/seminars/webinars, driving student engagement through pedagogy innovations, and any other duty assigned.

Job Responsibilities – Centre Manager

Facilitator role in the school; student mobilization activities; handling queries from students/guardians/media; counselling prospective candidates; managing admission process; technical support; daily attendance tracking; student engagement; assisting faculty; managing day-to-day administrative issues; support in internship/placement; preparation of Monthly MIS.
