- PhD (Geoinformatics/Civil/CS/IT/Electronics) + 1 year relevant experience, OR MTech in the same disciplines + 6 years relevant experience (PhD duration beyond 3 years counts as research experience).
- Desirable: software project management; cartography, GIS and topographic mapping; GIS programming, QGIS, PostgreSQL+PostGIS; Python and Java; UML and GitHub; coordinate geometry and vector algebra; large-team coordination.
