The Department of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE), IIT Kanpur, invites applications for the position of Project Postdoctoral Fellow in CALPHAD-based ICME Design of Steels. Advertisement No. P.Rect./R&D/2026/192. The selected candidate will work on accelerated development of next-generation high-strength high-performance steels using the Integrated Computational Materials Engineering (ICME) approach, with applications in naval systems, at IIT Kanpur and IIT Madras. Initial appointment for one year, extendable; purely temporary and contractual.
