Hall-management accounts and finances; vendor invoices (mess, service, housekeeping, EPF, ESIC, electricity, direct payments) per GFR/non-GFR; files, bank/cash book, service bills, payment records; invoice review for TDS/GST/EPF/ESIC compliance; NEFT files, vendor-bank verification, journal vouchers and Tally ERP entries; TDS/GST/EPF/ESIC compliance incl. monthly TDS and quarterly returns; hall-office/vendor follow-ups; reports to DOSA office; Pingala records.
