IIT (ISM) Dhanbad invites applications for 03 positions of Field Investigator under the ICSSR project “Impact Assessment of PMKVY on Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurial Development among Tribal Youth in Jharkhand” under Prof. Bibhas Chandra with Dr. Koushik Mondal (Co-I). Tenure is 3 months.

Essential qualification
- Graduate in any Social Science discipline with minimum 55% marks (preference to four-year graduation programmes)
- Desirable: interview and focus-group experience in Simdega, West Singhbhum and Gumla with local-dialect fluency; MS Office data entry and analysis proficiency; knowledge of PMKVY and entrepreneurial development frameworks in the tribal context
- Work: survey-based quantitative and qualitative (interview) data collection with travel to Simdega, West Singhbhum and Gumla; preferably below 35 years (relaxation per GOI norms)
