IIT Indore - Junior Research Fellow (MEMS, IGSTC Project) 2026
Applications invited for 1 post of Junior Research Fellow in the IGSTC-supported project "Understanding Impurity Effects on Agglomeration and Microstructure in Hydrogen-Reduced Low-Grade Iron Ores" (Project No. IGSTC/WISER 25/P04). PI: Dr. Khushubo Devi, MEMS.
Eligibility: M.Tech/ME in Metallurgical/Materials/Mechanical/Nanoscience/Nanotechnology/Production/Manufacturing Engineering (first division) OR PG in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science with valid NET/GATE. Physical/extraction metallurgy and characterisation experience desirable. Age: preferably 29 (relaxation SC/ST 5 yrs, OBC 3 yrs). Fellowship: Rs.37,000/month consolidated (Rs.42,000/month in third year); tenure up to 36 months. Ph.D. enrolment encouraged.
