Essential qualifications / experience
- Ph.D. or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout.
- OR M.Tech./M.S. or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experience in teaching/research/industrial/design in an organization/industry of repute.
- Minimum 60% or equivalent grade from graduation onwards and 55% or equivalent grade in class 10th and 12th.

Job description / responsibilities
- R&D in semiconductor process and device simulation: advanced CMOS, memory, power devices and emerging materials.
- Develop TCAD process/device simulation flows (lithography, deposition, etching, oxidation, diffusion, implantation, annealing).
- Electrical characterization and simulation; physics-based, compact and data-driven models; computational lithography and plasma/process modelling.
- Simulation methodologies using ML/AI; collaborate with faculty, researchers and industry; mentor scholars; support proposals and technology transfer.
