- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, ECE, EEE or Chemical Engineering with minimum 2 years of R&D experience; OR
- M.Tech/M.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, ECE, EEE, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 60% or equivalent grade from graduation onwards and 55% in Class 10 and 12
- Desirable: experimental setups/prototypes, control/embedded systems, fuel cells, batteries, thermal systems, CAD, simulation or testing tools
