- Essential: Masters (M.E./M.Tech.) in Engineering/Design with 1st class (60%+), + minimum 2 yrs post-qualification experience in Govt.-funded project management and physical/financial progress reporting, OR Bachelors (B.E./B.Tech.) in Engineering/Design with 1st class (60%+) + minimum 4 yrs same experience.
- Desirable: timely project execution, UC & SoE preparation at FY-end, workshop/programme management.
