Ph.D./MTech/ME in VLSI, Microelectronics, CS or BTech/BE in EC/EE/CS with relevant experience for Project Scientist; Bachelor's degree in EC/EE/CS for Assistant Project Engineer; B.Sc./Diploma for Lab Assistant; MSc/BSc or Diploma for Scientific Administrative Assistant. Selection will be based on the performance of the candidate in the interview.
