IIT Delhi Research Associate Recruitment 2026 - Advt No. IITD/IRD/22/2026
Candidates of Indian nationality are invited to appear for the Online interview for the project appointment of Research Associate (01) under the project Low Dimensional Protein Based Electronic Devices (RM00072N) at the Centre for Biomedical Engineering, IIT Delhi. Appointment shall be on contractual basis on consolidated pay, renewable yearly or upto the duration of the project, whichever is earlier.

Qualifications
- B.Tech in Bio-Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology.
- One year of research experience working on nanoscale bioelectronics in a research lab.
5% relaxation of marks may be granted to the SC/ST candidates.
