IIT Delhi Jr. Research Fellow (JRF) Recruitment 2026 - Advt No. IITD/IRD/221/2026
Applications from Indian nationals are invited for the project appointment of Jr. Research Fellow (01) under the project Plasma controlled process for straightforward fabrication of magnetron sputtered ZnO/AZO multilayers as infrared metamaterials (RP05071G) at the Department of Energy Science and Engineering, IIT Delhi. Appointment shall be on contractual basis with consolidated pay, renewable yearly or upto the duration of the project, whichever is earlier.

Qualifications
- First-class or equivalent degree in B.Tech/M.Sc in Condensed Matter Physics/Solid State Physics/Nanoscience & Technology/Materials Science or equivalent, from a recognized board/university/institute.
Desirable Qualification
- Candidates qualified in GATE, CSIR-UGC-NET (including lectureship), IIT JAM, or equivalents are preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in thin film deposition, MD/COMSOL simulation of thin film process, particularly plasma-based physical and chemical vapor deposition techniques.
- Strong proficiency in materials analysis and characterization.
