Overview
IIT Delhi (IRD Unit) invites Indian nationals for project appointment to strengthen Student Counselling Services: 02 Clinical Psychologists + 02 Male (Student) Counsellors (Advt. IITD/IRD/24/11/2026, dated 09.09.2026). Contract till 19.03.2027, extendable; full-time roster incl. hospital/counselling cell; 40 hrs/week.

Eligibility
- Clinical Psychologist: BA(Hons)/BSc + MA/MSc Psychology 55% + MPhil Clinical Psychology + 2 yrs adolescent mental health (PhD desirable)
- Counsellor: BA(Hons)/BSc + MA/MSc Psychology 55% + 2 yrs adult & adolescent mental health; good communication with diverse students/staff
- Pay per domain/previous pay (≤20% above previous); retired govt staff per IRD norms
