IIT (BHU) Varanasi - Director, DRDO Industry Academia Centre of Excellence (DIA-CoE)
DRDO has signed an MoU with IIT (BHU) for setting up the DRDO Industry Academia - Centre of Excellence (DIA-CoE) for directed research. Suitable candidates may apply for the post of Director, DIA-CoE at IIT (BHU), who will be the administrative and executive head of the Centre, appointed on a full-time contract basis.

Remuneration
- Retired Central/State Government employee (OPS): Last drawn salary – basic pension, in line with DoE OM no. F.No. 3-25/2020-E.IIIA dated 09.12.2020.
- Retired Central/State Government employee (NPS): Last basic pay – 30% of last basic pay, in line with DoE OM 03-25/2020-E.III(A)/Pt dated 18.10.2023.
- Non-Government employee (without Govt pension benefits): Rs. 1,75,000 – 2,00,000/- per month based on experience.
- Additional incentives by IIT (BHU): accommodation, medical benefits or other incentives as per eligibility and availability.
