Job 1: Communication and Analytics Manager

Job Description	Build and document data pipelines (ETL) that consolidate data from MIS, ERP, HR, academic and finance systems into an analytical layer Integrate and maintain academic and administrative datasets of the Institute Develop and maintain dashboards and periodic reports for institutional decision-making covering academic performance and programme outcomes Prepare data submissions and analyses for statutory and ranking exercises (NIRF, AISHE, QS, THE, AICTE) and reporting Design and execute exploratory and confirmatory analyses to answer specific questions Any other relevant task assigned by the Advisor/Dean (CDO)
Essential Qualification	Master's degree (M.Sc. / M.Tech. / M.S. / M.A. / MBA / MPP) in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Public Policy or an allied quantitative discipline OR A four-year Bachelor's degree (B.E. / B.Tech. / B.S. or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics and Computing, Statistics, Mathematics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering or another relevant computational discipline, with demonstrable experience in data analytics, business intelligence or institutional research
Minimum Experience	With a postgraduate degree: minimum 02 years of relevant experience in data analysis and management, statistical analysis and institutional/business analytics. With a four-year undergraduate degree: minimum 03 years of such experience (printed in the advertisement as “four (03) years”). Proficiency in SQL and BI/visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau is required, along with working knowledge of Python, R or similar tools.
Desired Experience	Institutional data management, report preparation, meeting documentation and e-Office systems; exposure to higher education rankings, accreditation and regulatory frameworks (NIRF, NAAC, NBA, AISHE, UGC/AICTE); familiarity with NEP 2020, NCrF and ABC

Job 2: Junior Multimedia Specialist

Job Description	Assist in the creation of multimedia content for the Institute, including posters, brochures, social-media creatives, event publicity materials, photography, videography and basic video editing for official communication channels Support the Communication and Analytics Manager in managing digital content archives, data collection, and scheduling and dissemination of content across social media platforms
Essential Qualification	Bachelor's degree in Multimedia / Mass Communication / Journalism / Visual Communication / Graphic Design / Animation OR any Bachelor's degree with a Diploma/Certificate in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Video Editing or a related field
Minimum Experience	Minimum 01 year of experience in graphic design / video editing / photography / AI prompting skills / social-media content creation in a reputed organisation or educational institution; hands-on familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or equivalent open-source tools (GIMP, Inkscape)
Desired Experience	Basic skills in DSLR/mirrorless photography and smartphone videography
