Essential Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
A postgraduate degree or LLM.
A PhD will be preferred.
Academic or research interest in Intellectual Property Rights or the innovation ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
Conduct and manage activities of the DPIIT–IPR Chair.
Undertake research under the guidance of the Chair Professor.
Assist in preparing and publishing research papers.
Support other academic and project-related activities.
Remuneration
The emoluments will be provided according to the applicable SPRIHA guidelines, based on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
Project Duration
The appointment will continue until 31 March 2027 and may be extended according to the conditions of the IPR Chair project.
