IIT Mandi invites online applications for the post of Associate Professor in the Indian Knowledge System and Mental Health Applications (IKSMHA) Centre
- Area of specialisation: Contemplative Psychology, First-person Research Methods and Consciousness Studies
- Pay: Level 13A2 with a starting basic pay of Rs.1,39,600 plus admissible allowances
- Essential: Ph.D. in an appropriate branch/discipline with first class in the preceding degree and a very good academic record throughout
- Experience: at least six years of post-Ph.D. teaching/research/professional experience, of which at least three years should be at the level of Assistant Professor in an academic institution, or Senior Scientific Officer/Senior Design Engineer or equivalent in a research organisation or industry as on the date of application
- The candidate should have demonstrated adequate experience of independent research in terms of guidance of M.Tech. and Ph.D. students, a strong record of publications in high-impact journals, patents, laboratory/course development and other recognised professional activities
